Dear researcher,

On behalf of the organising committee of the European School of Neuroimmunology, we would like to invite you to attend and participate at the 18th edition of the ESNI summer school on July 7th till July 10th. The summer school will be held at Hasselt University, campus Hasselt, Martelarenlaan 42 – 3500 Hasselt, Belgium.

The aim of the 3.5 day course is to bring young European researchers together to teach them new insights into several aspects of neuroimmunology and neuroimmunological diseases. This summer  school will focus on topics such as in vitro models for neuroimmunology, genetics and epigenetics of neuroimmunological diseases, aging in neuroimmunology, environmental factors such as viruses and microbiome and last but not the interplay between lifestyle factors and neuroimmunology.

Additionally we will provide you with hands-on sessions about popular technology platforms and explain to you tips and tricks of how to become an excellent networker and  how to pitch your research project in the most interesting way.

Finally you will have the opportunity to perform some speed dates with your fellow attendees to think of a collaborative research project. The winner will receive a small grant to carry out this scientific idea.

Altogether more than 15 European and International speakers will present you the newest developments in the field of neuroimmunology and beyond.
